FAQ:
Q: After the device is inserted into the micro SD card, how can I set it up for normal use?
A: APP default full-day video,support8-128G memory card, plug and record, automatic loop recording, please make sure that there is enough space when inserting for the first time, if the space insufficient, please format it first, IF the memory card of 64G or above capacity is in the formal of exFAT file system, the status may be abnormal when you first insert it, please follow the prompts to format it, normal use.
Q: Set up motion detection, but no push?
A: Please check if the mobile phone permission has the message notification function enabled for the graffiti, In Order to prevent the server from blocking the push message. the default setting has been set, In 60 Seconds, if repeated motion detection occurs, it will only be pushed once.
Q: The device prompts that the network configuration fails or the device is offline. how to solve the problem?
A:
- please ensure that the device is powered normally
- please make sure the router network connection is normal
- Try restarting the device
- Check if the WIFI name and password are replaced. if there is any, please reset the device and try to re-distribute the network.
Q: What is software does this camera work with?
This camera work with joolink app. this device supports Andriod, IOS, you just need to download joolink app to your phone. when you need to watch on PC, download VMS software to your computer.
Q: The camera support ONVIF?
we are upgrading the ONVIF, it doesn’t support temporarily but it will in the future, let’s expect it.
Q: When the camera sd card is full, do I need to delete the video?
when the sd card is fulled, you needn’t delete the video, the newest video will cover the old video automatically.
Q: Does the camera can conenct to NVR?
This is an IP camera, it can only be used in a wifi network alone, it cannot be added to NVR temporarily, we will upgrade the ONVIF protocol in the future.
Q: Can I connect several cameras to the app?
yes, you can connect several cameras to one app.
Q: What’s the working temperature of the camera?
the camera working temperature is -10℃—+55℃
